What did you like most about this course or learning experience and why?
It was interactive and I enjoyed the game at the end, playing the game helped me to know what I was wrong on and receive the correct answer right away so that I could learn rather than wonder what I was incorrect on.

Why do so many seasoned MLO licensees pursue multi-state licensing?

Is it a coincidence multi-state licensed MLOs average compensation is higher?

Add State MLO Licenses

Many MLOs expand into new states to grow their opportunities, leveraging existing potential customers through family, friends, referral sources, and neighboring states. Knowing that multi-state licensing correlates with higher earnings can make you feel motivated and excited about expanding.  It is not a coincidence that the average compensation of a multi-state licensee exceeds that of the average compensation of a single or dual-state MLO licensee. Add a state and add an opportunity!
