Course Change Policy
Student Course Change Request-If a student requests placement in another scheduled class after the class scheduled start time, AAA reserves the right to charge a new course registration fee in full. For good cause shown, AAA may opt to charge only a $50 course change fee.
Online Courses-Instructor Led: AAA Mortgage Training commits to deliver scheduled online and instructor led classes, during the scheduled class times. In the unlikely event such change becomes necessary by AAA Mortgage Training, the student will be rescheduled or refunded without penalty.
Live/Webinar Class Cancellation Policy: AAA Mortgage Training reserves the right to cancel any live or webinar course within 72 hours of the start of the class. AAA Mortgage Training representatives will make a reasonable effort to notify students of cancellation via phone or e-mail. Students will then be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the course or credit toward another course of equal or lesser value. No partial refunds will be issued. AAA Mortgage Training will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the course. This includes non-refundable flights, hotels or any other related expenses.
Course Attendance Policy
All participants must complete the entire class during the scheduled class time in order receive course credit.
A Student may cancel enrollment by giving written notice to AAA Mortgage Training. If notice occurs:
Within two business days of the date of enrollment, all monies paid shall be refunded; unless the course has commenced, or after two business days of the date of enrollment and prior to the commencement of classes, there shall be no refund.
